Nebraska Sports’ Nebraska Pick 5 is getting an upgrade on August 13, 2023. Two numbers will be added, so players will select five numbers between 1 and 40 to play. Matching four out of five winning numbers will win you $500. And every time the jackpot is not won it will increase to $10,000. The odds of winning the jackpot would be 1 in 658,008, while the overall odds would be 1 in 9.2.

Starting from May 21, there will be some changes to the Nebraska Pick 5 game. You won’t be able to pre-purchase as many drawings as before. The maximum number of drawings you can buy on a multi-draw ticket will be reduced by one after each consecutive drawing. But don’t worry, this change is temporary.

However, good news is on the horizon! Starting from Sunday, August 13, you will once again be able to buy tickets for up to 12 weeks of draws, starting from draw 84. So, you’ll have more flexibility and can plan ahead for your Pick 5 plays.
