Submit a non-winning $5 Living Lucky online with Luke Combs scratch ticket (game number 1245) at nelottery.com using your MVP Club account. Each eligible scratch ticket may be entered only once. Tickets must be entered by August 1, 2023 at 11:59 PM CT.

Prize and Drawing Information:
Two draws will be conducted on June 27, 2023 and August 2, 2023. In each draw, one trip winner will be drawn for a total of two winners. A player can only win one prize in this promotion. Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM CT on the last day of each Entry Period. Ticket numbers will only be eligible for the drawing for which they were entered.

Awards were presented during the concert
- One Nebraska winner will be selected at random for a $10,000 cash prize;
- Each prize winner will be eligible for the $500,000 grand prize to be selected at random from among all state winners; And
- Luke Combs himself will present the award to the grand prize winner on stage at the end of the concert.
Promotion Specification:
An entry requires the serial number and box code from the qualifying, non-winning $5 Living Lucky With Luke Combs scratch ticket (game number 1245).
The ticket serial number is located on the back of the ticket above the barcode. The first five digits of the serial number are the scratch game numbers. The four-digit box code is located under the latex on the front of the ticket (see example).
Players may enter as many times as they wish, but an eligible ticket may only be entered once.
The original tickets from which the numbers were submitted are required for contest prize verification and must be retained until the contest is over and prizes are awarded. Winners who cannot provide their entry ticket for verification will be disqualified.
